My name is Bobby Bovaird and I currently live in Louisburg, KS, with my wife Emily and son Brody. After teaching English at Washburn Rural High School in Topeka for the past 8 years and serving as the head wrestling coach for the past 6 years, I will be starting a new chapter in my life as English teacher, Journalism sponsor, and head wrestling coach at Louisburg High School. My interests include writing, fly fishing, wrestling, soccer, and spending time with family. I'm a member of the First Baptist Church of Louisburg and I am a registered Republican.
My wife Emily and I were married on June 4, 2005, at the First United Methodist Church in Baldwin City, KS. We met while attending Baker University in Baldwin.

Our son Brody already shows a love for books! Sometimes, his interest is only in tearing pages, but most of the time he loves hearing the words and looking at the pictures!
A few years go I learned how to fly fish and it has quickly become one of my passions!
I began wrestling at age 12 in 7th grade and competed all through high school. During my freshman year in college, I missed the sport so much that I jumped at my first chance to coach. I've been involved in the sport at many different levels ever since. After spending the past 6 years as head coach at Washburn Rural, I am now the head coach at Louisburg High School.
